FAQs
Mild compression (15–20 mmHg) is available without a prescription and is great for everyday support.
For medical-grade compression (20 mmHg and above), we recommend a proper assessment so we can confirm the right level and rule out any conditions where compression isn't advised. Our clinical team handles this as part of your fitting, and we can coordinate with your physician where needed.
Many extended health plans, including Blue Cross, cover medical compression garments — often with a physician's note.
We bill most insurers directly, so you only pay your portion at the time of your order. Bring your insurance details to your fitting, or add them in your patient portal, and we'll take care of the paperwork.
