Caring for your compression garments
Wash and store your socks correctly so they keep their therapeutic stretch.
Washing
- Wash daily in cool or lukewarm water with mild soap.
- Machine wash on gentle in a laundry bag, or wash by hand.
- Avoid bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer.
- Air-dry away from direct heat.
When to replace
Compression garments lose their elasticity over time. Most should be replaced every 3–6 months with regular wear. If they become easy to put on, they're no longer providing effective compression.
